Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Wolf Effect Clothing. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact info@wolfeffectclothing.com so we can help.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

1. Our 30-day returns policy

For eligible, non-personalised clothing, you can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For returns requested after the statutory cancellation period, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have their original tags attached. Please return them in their original packaging where possible.

You will need your order number or another valid proof of purchase. Sale items are eligible under the same conditions as full-price items.

2. Your right to cancel an online purchase

For most non-personalised online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason.

Tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods, then send them back within 14 days after notifying us.

You may try clothing on to check its size and fit, as you would in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to assess the item and reduces its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund. We will explain any deduction.

The additional conditions of our voluntary 30-day returns offer do not restrict this statutory right.

3. How to arrange a return

Email info@wolfeffectclothing.com, stating that you wish to return or cancel your purchase. Please include your order number and identify the items concerned.

A reason is optional for change-of-mind returns.

Please contact us before posting so we can provide any relevant instructions. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation right, and waiting for our reply does not extend the return deadline.

Package the goods securely and retain proof of postage. Tracked postage is recommended.

4. Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of sending the goods back.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, we will arrange its return at our expense or reimburse the necessary return postage. Contact us so we can advise on the return arrangements.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

For statutory cancellations, we will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

If you cancel your entire eligible order, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

For returns under our additional 30-day offer, we will refund eligible goods within 14 days of receiving them. Original delivery charges are not refunded under that additional offer.

Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

6. Personalised and custom-made items

Clothing made specifically to your individual specifications or clearly personalised—for example, with your own name or bespoke design—is excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Standard clothing is not excluded simply because we produce or print it after you place an order.

Your rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods still apply to personalised items.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact info@wolfeffectclothing.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess it where available.

Under Irish consumer law, you can reject qualifying faulty or non-conforming goods within the first 30 days after delivery and seek a full refund, without having to accept a repair or replacement.

Rights continue after that period, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where applicable. These rights are separate from our change-of-mind returns policy.

8. Size changes and exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, contact us to discuss the available options. Exchanges depend on availability.

You may instead return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order. Personalised items remain subject to the exclusions above.
